1,200 m² across four floors of an East African banking-services HQ. Brief: open the floor plates without opening the politics. Frameless 12 mm partitions for the executive plate, lower-acoustic frosted-glass for the open-plan areas, gypsum coffered ceilings throughout.

We rendered the entire fit-out before any contractor arrived on site. Eleven weeks from sign-off to handover. No variations. No surprise change orders.
