Westlands HQ

1,200 m² across four floors of an East African financial-services HQ in Westlands. The brief: open the floor plates without opening the politics.

We specified frameless 12 mm partitions for the executive plate, lower-acoustic frosted glass for the open-plan areas, gypsum coffered ceilings throughout. The render was signed off before any contractor arrived on site.

Eleven weeks from approved render to handover. No variations. The room the client walked into on handover day was the room they signed off on screen.
